Situation

Situation

Bubbles, a premium salon with 21+ years of reputation, was pulling roughly 20,000 monthly visitors but converting almost none of them — around 90–120 form fills a month (~0.5%). The brand’s in-salon quality simply wasn’t reaching its online funnel.

Redesign the responsive landing page to convert existing visitors into inquiries and bookings — with traffic held constant, so any lift had to come purely from the experience, not from more eyeballs.

I rebuilt the page around hero storytelling, service clarity, visual proof, and unmissable CTAs, structured for responsive behaviour and Framer implementation. I prioritised funnel logic over decoration — making what they offer, why it’s premium, and the next step obvious above the fold — and added a scalable section structure so seasonal campaigns and new services could plug in without a rebuild. The trade-off: fewer decorative flourishes in favour of a tight, conversion-first hierarchy.

Results

Qualified leads rose from ~90/month to 310+/month on the same ~20,000 visitors — roughly a 3× increase (~240%), lifting conversion from about 0.5% to about 1.5% and turning the site into a consistent 8–10 leads/day channel. The section structure also cut the cost of running future campaigns.

Conclusion

The project successfully transforms business strategy into a high-performing digital experience characterized by thoughtful design and strong execution for a beauty and salon business.
